Getting healthy for 2013 with two supplements

Hi friends,
I’m a big believer in a good detoxification, but I don’t think the best month for it is a freezing cold  January, after having stuffed my self silly over Christmas.
I’m planning to do a supervised juice fast i March instead when the weather is a bit more agreeable and the thought of white floaty/revealing clothes will keep me on the straight and narrow.

For now I’m planning on stepping up the excercise (after abandoning my personal trainer last year due to crippling school fees I’ve unfortunately turned into a bit of a couch potato, and my goodness, things go south FAST in your forties!)
To kickstart 2013 I’m also taking 2 new supplements:
NHP Amino Support to help me reduce the fat around the middle and to keep my blood sugar and appetite balanced and the Ayurvedic supplement Triphala to help cleanse and tone the intestinal tract.

  1. This time of year I take vitamin d, probiotics and fish oil. Never been a fan of juice detoxes, I like solid food too much 🙂
