Stinging nettles for eating are best harvested in the spring, when they have just shot up, but now you can get it fresh in some health food shops which is absolutely fantastic.
Stinging Nettle Soup
– One bag of stinging nettle tops about 75g
– 1 garlic clove
– 1 small piece of chopped ginger
– 1-2 teaspoons coconut oil
– salt and pepper
