Golden Milk
Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 cup home made coconut milk

– 1 teaspoon turmeric

– 1 teaspoon cinnamon

– 1 teaspoon cardamom

– 1 1/2 teaspoon coconut nectar or raw honey

– 1/8 teaspoon vanilla

– small piece of ginger

– pinch of black pepper

– pinch of cayenne pepper

Healthy Coconut and Cinnamon Bites

Happy Halloween everyone!
These coconut and cinnamon bites are so yummy!
It will take you minutes to blend and then they need to set in the fridge for about 40 minutes.
So simple and so quick!
I will also make them for Christmas as the cinnamon makes it a perfect yule treat!

Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 cup  plus 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut

– 3 tablespoons maple syrup

– 3 tablespoons coconut milk

– 3 tablespoons coconut oil

– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

– 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla

– pinch of Himalayan salt

– 1-1 1/2 cup water

– 1 apple

– 2 dates

– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

* A couple of fresh Beet Roots
* 2 Mushrooms
* 1/2 cup Tomato Passata
* Raw Coconut Oil
* 1 Red Onion
* 1 Celery Stock
* 1 Leek
* 2 Garlic Cloves
* Fresh coriander
* Piece of Chili
* Piece of Ginger
* 1 teaspoon Turmeric
* Cinnamon
* Stock Powder
* Black Pepper
* 3 1/2 Cups of water
